  • Course access is granted for a specified period of 6 months, as mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Courses are for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including videos, PDFs, presentations, text, graphics, logos, and downloadable content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Flytrax Aviation.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from our courses without prior written consent from Flytrax Aviation.

5. Payments and Pricing

  • All course prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
  • Payments must be made through our secure, third-party payment gateways.
  • Pricing and course availability may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, once purchased, your access to that course remains unaffected by future price changes.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
    • No more than 25% of the course has been completed.
    • No certificate has been issued or downloaded.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • No refunds are applicable for downloadable products or discounted promotional courses unless otherwise mentioned.

7. Certificates

  • Certificates of Completion are issued upon the successful completion of all required course components.
  • Certificates are digital and available for download; printed versions are not provided unless specifically offered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flytrax Aviation will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, course materials, or services.

Completion of our courses does not guarantee employment, job placement, or professional certification unless explicitly stated.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to hack, alter, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or other users’ accounts.
  • Upload harmful files, viruses or engage in activities that may compromise our website’s functionality or data security.
